• Resources like timber 🪵, stone 🪨 iron ⛓️, and Provisions 🍞 may be purchased, traded, or produced in town. Specific buildings are needed in Cindervale to produce resources.
• Spend coins and resources to rebuild Cindervale, your home town.
• You build the town from a fixed menu at your own pace: new buildings open up as the story of character stats advance. Recruiting villagers to join you grows the population of Cindervale and may increase production of resources.
• Influence 🤝 is your standing with the Wardens, The Heights, and The Depths. Earn it by fulfilling quests, deliveries, and growing Cindervale. Influence may help unlock quests and champions, create alliances, and recruit villagers.

🏘️ Resources are spent on buildings - exit the game and open Cindervale with the 🏘️ button on the title screen.

• Once Cindervale has its first production building standing, settlements start posting demands for goods in your Quest Journal. Take one on to start a haul - one at a time, and it doesn't use your quest slot.
• Load the cargo at Cindervale and carry it overland to the settlement that ordered it - a full wagon slows you down and you can't dodge while laden, so mind the road.
• Deliver to the named receiver: coin is paid for every wagonload you bring in, and the Influence 🤝 comes when the final load lands.

During special events, named elite foes prowl the wilds. Hunt them down - they carry drops you won't find anywhere else.

A deeper layer of standing and alignment is on the way: the choices you make will win the trust of some factions and the suspicion of others, opening alliances - and closing doors. Watch this space.
